I'm not getting my sign-in code

Check spam, make sure the email is typed correctly, and wait a few seconds before requesting another. Still stuck? Email us.

How do payments work?

You pay each other directly by UPI or cash. Aduthu takes no commission and never holds your money — so always confirm the price before work begins.

How do I get matched to jobs?

In the app: open Profile, turn on Available to accept work, add the work you do, and set your base location and how far you'll travel. Then nearby matching jobs will reach you.

Who can see my phone number?

Only your job counterpart, and only after a job is assigned — so you can call or WhatsApp to coordinate.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. We erase your personal details (name, phone, email, location) and end your sessions. Records tied to other people — like completed jobs and ratings — are kept anonymized so their history stays intact. See our Privacy Policy.
